POST INJURY REHAB

Injury is a dreaded word but an all too common occurrence among active individuals, whether you are performance-oriented or just looking to get into shape.

It is important to understand how to safely return to exercise without exacerbating the issue. Recovery requires patience, precision, and a progressive approach tailored to your specific injury and fitness goals.

I work with many clients, along with other healthcare providers, in setting goals post-injury and developing fitness programs to safely progress exercises to help clients get back to pre-injury fitness. This collaborative approach ensures that rehabilitation addresses not just the injured area but also maintains overall conditioning while preventing compensatory patterns that could lead to secondary issues.

My rehabilitation programs incorporate functional movement patterns that rebuild strength, mobility, and proprioception — essential components that help prevent future injuries while restoring confidence in your body's capabilities.
